Probably closer to Northern Ave on the Seaport.
Right by what I think is the North Bay of the region, you can find several highrises.

Detail is the columns on the front base of the building on the left.
They are round. Look like steel casing at least, with concrete bases.
Pretty hefty, and looks like they even have some braces on these guys.

Man now I saw that shack sign and I'm feeling bit hungry.
