What does a 24 mph on the highway means for us? When looking at the traffic data we have in the city of Boston currently?

Number of Vehicles On the Road?
Different Categories, and hours of operation?

That if you were trying to go 24 miles you'd need about an hour to reach that location.
I guess that they say that around 6AM,
If you are going downtown boston through I-93, from Stoneham,
So right at the intersection with I-95,

You'd get in the city in 10 min.
What is the expected distance from the two locations, if you are at 24mph?

10 min / 60 min.hr^(-1) = 1/6 = 1/2 * 1/3 = 0.5 * 0.33 = 0.165 hr

s = 24 mph = distance / time =>
distance = s * time =
time as a constant . speed (or velocity?)
24*0.165 = 3.96 miles.

Google Says it IS... 11.9 miles
and it takes 18 min to do it?

So Save = 39.9 mph regularly...

What does that mean????????!
