Had been thinking of this, finally got a shot of shear walls in construction.

Seems like they themselves are ready.

Not all the openings have been done on the one on the left but the second one seems to be steady alongside that red tower (steel shoring) that seems to have been done for construction.

This most likely refers to what will be the spine of the building along with encasement for an Elevator.

They probably come first because they will provide most of the rigidity and stiffness that a structure needs, specially at the height that this one is coming along.

Can you see the crane farther away?

Actually I think that tower is a crane in itself.
